Welcome to our Spay/Neuter Progam!

Woo-Hoo!!! We have reached our 30 voucher limit! Thank you Macon County for stepping up and making a difference as we try to help reduce the pet population. If you want a voucher, it may not be too late. Please fill out a form and we will put you on the waiting list in case someone is unable to use theirs.

The FMCMA board is excited to be offering $50 vouchers towards spaying and neutering pets in our community. Reducing the pet population in Macon County is a high priority on our list of things to do. If we all work together on this issue, we can make a difference!

Please fill out the form below to receive your $50 voucher to use at one of the vet clinics listed. We are thankful to have their support. We are limiting the number of vouchers to 1 per household and only 30 vouchers will be given out at this time.

​Since this is our first attempt of providing online vouchers, please be patient and understanding. There will probably be a few "bugs" at first, but hopefully it will all go smoothly. 

After submitting your information below, you will receive two emails. One will be a confirmation that we have received your submission. The second will be sent later in the day that will have a pdf attachment, a copy of your approved voucher. The approved voucher you will need to print and give to vet clinic staff when you take your pet to their spay/neuter appointment. If you are unable to print the voucher, we can mail it to you.
